After diagnosis

Treatment & support

A diagnosis is the beginning, not the end. Here's what support looks like once you have answers — tailored to you, with your GP kept in the loop.

Medication

Where appropriate, stimulant or non-stimulant medication is discussed and, if agreed, carefully titrated to find the right dose.

Titration & review

Medication is started at a low dose and adjusted with regular reviews to balance benefit and side effects.

Psychoeducation & coaching

Understanding your ADHD, plus practical strategies for focus, organisation and emotional regulation.

Shared care with your GP

Where suitable, we set up shared-care arrangements so ongoing prescriptions can continue with your GP.

Workplace & study support

Guidance on reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act, Access to Work and DSA.

Ongoing support

Clear next steps, follow-up and a point of contact — you’re not left to figure it out alone.

Treatment decisions, including any medication, are always made individually with your clinician. This page is general information and not personal medical advice.

It starts with clarity
